Cardio Kickboxing

An aerobic exercise class that can be high or low impact designed for any level of exerciser. It includes a warm-up, cardio conditioning using non- contact kicks and arm movements resulting in a high energy class, while burning fat, building muscle and strengthening your cardiovascular system. This class will include toning and strength training along with a cool down and stretching. Easy to follow moves. No equipment or experience necessary, just come and share in the fun.
