Wednesdays

6 to 7 pm – Cardio Kickboxing

7 to 8 pm – T-5

Thursdays

6:40 to 7:40 pm – 20-20-20

Sundays

9 to 10 am – Boot Camp/Cardio Blast
10 to 10:45 – Step
